We founded in 1991, with professional engineers, with experienced workers, specialize in designing and producing Refrigerator Production Line.
The refrigerator assembly line is a highly automated and precisely controlled production process, which includes several key steps to ensure the quality and performance of the refrigerator. Here is the general process of the refrigerator assembly line: Component Preparation: Before the assembly begins, various components need to be prepared, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, temperature controllers, etc., and quality checks are conducted. Component Assembly: On the assembly line, workers assemble the various components in order. For example, the compressor and condenser are first assembled together, followed by the evaporator and temperature controller. Casing Foaming and Door Foaming: After vacuuming the inner cavity of the door/body, foaming material is injected to quickly and evenly distribute between the door/body and the liner, providing the refrigerator with good specific strength, bonding performance, and insulation properties. Lining Insertion Device: Robots or mechanical arms are used to rotate and place the shell into the lining insertion machine. The pre-assembled lining is then automatically inserted forward, merged with the shell, and transferred to the casing pre-assembly line. Compressor Automated Assembly: After the refrigerator has foamed, the compressor is fixed in place by mechanical arms, reducing the labor intensity of on-site workers. System Testing: After assembly, the refrigerator needs to undergo system testing, including cooling systems, temperature control systems, electrical circuits, etc., to ensure it works properly. Appearance Inspection: After passing the system test, the refrigerator also needs to undergo an appearance inspection to check for scratches, dents, etc. Finished Product Automatic Packaging: The use of equipment for wrapping, boxing, and bundling of finished refrigerator products greatly increases production efficiency. Packaging and Shipping: Finally, the refrigerator is packaged and transported by a logistics team to designated stores or warehouses. With the development of Industry 4.0, future refrigerator production lines will be more intelligent, achieving a higher degree of automation and customized production. In addition, some production lines have adopted anti-error systems that automatically detect whether the casing and compressors, thermostats for different countries are correctly installed by scanning identification objects, improving the efficiency of assembly error checking.
